The Moving Families Initiative
The Moving Families Initiative
Moving is a challenging and difficult experience for a family,
especially for children. One out of five families moves each
year, and most of those moves are within the same community
or to a neighboring state. Annually, more than 8 million
children between the ages of 1 - 14 years old move or are
relocated by their families.
"With this sector of the market being as large and active
as it is, families with school age children are in great
need of assistance in dealing with the challenges they face
when moving," said World Class Coaches spokesperson, Sandi
Cimino. "We strongly believe these needs can best be met
by REALTORS®."
This national program designed to help children and their families deal with the
difficulties
of moving by connecting families with local REALTORS® to take a
proactive approach on the physical and emotional strain kids face when
changing neighborhoods and schools. Families moving with young kids then contact their local participating REALTOR® for information on the initiative's tools and resources.
One of the tools is "The Great Moving Adventure," a
powerful animated DVD to assist children and their families
in dealing with the challenges they face when moving. It's
an exceptional resource tool for REALTORS® to use in
assisting them in capturing and converting more leads among
home buyers and sellers with school age children.
REALTORS® can learn — for free — the
most effective method of utilizing "The Great Moving
Adventure"
DVD to capture and convert more leads into clients for life.
