Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers

Council of Residential Specialists
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Since 1977, this Council has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.

Institute of Real Estate Management
The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is an association of property and asset managers who have met strict criteria in the areas of education, experience and ethics.
